Can I do this without you?

Can I pick a different verification method?
Usually not. Google chooses which methods to offer, and it can change them after a failed try. The kit covers the method Google shows you and what to do if it changes.
Why not just make a new profile?
Google says not to create a second profile for the same business. A duplicate can block verification on both and can lead to a suspension.
Do you need my ID or my Google password?
No. We never ask for your password, your ID, or any document. If Google asks for ID, you upload it to Google only. The kit tells you how to get ready for that check.
What do I get for $39?
The likely cause and why, the fixes to make first, a one-take video script for a storefront or a service-area business, what to have ready before you record, a document pack, a match check for your name and address, tips if the code does not arrive, tips if Google asks for ID, a support message to paste into Google's help form, and a retry plan. What if my business can't be verified?
Online-only businesses and businesses run from a virtual office usually can't get a Business Profile. The free check says so, and we will not sell you a kit for that case.
What if I am unhappy?
If the kit does not help, email us within 7 days of buying and we refund the full $39, no questions asked. One refund per customer.
Is this from Google?
No. VerifyKit is made by ReviewShield, a product of Kreative Intelligence. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
What happens to my details?
We send what you enter to a third-party AI provider only to write the kit. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train models, and we delete the business details and the PDF 30 days after you pay.
If your kit fails to arrive, we refund the full payment without you having to ask. That refund does not count as your one refund.
