These are the terms for using ReviewShield, a product of Kreative Intelligence Agency, LLC. By paying for a kit, you agree to them.

The $39 kit is one payment for one Google review. The $79 kit is one payment for up to three Google reviews. You pay first. The kit is written after Stripe tells us the payment went through and after you submit the review details. There is no subscription.

What the kit is

The kit is a draft: the report category, the report text, a one-time appeal to hold until a denial, a note on Google's review-extortion form, a public reply, an evidence list, and filing steps. You file the report yourself. We do not access your Google account.

We can't guarantee removal. Google decides. A negative review of a real visit usually stays up.

We do not give legal advice. We do not write fake reviews. We do not tell you to filter who you ask for a review. We do not tell you to threaten or pay the reviewer.

You are responsible for the facts you mark. Do not tell us something you do not know is true.

Refunds

If the kit does not help, email us within 7 days of buying a $39 or $79 kit and we refund the full amount, no questions asked. One refund per customer.

If your kit fails to arrive, we refund the full payment without you having to ask. That refund does not count as your one refund.
